Job summary

Airspace, a tech-enabled freight forwarder, seeks an Accounts Payable specialist to join our team. This role supports high-volume AP, vendor onboarding, and expense management, aligning with our fast-paced environment and strict controls.

You will manage NetSuite/Bill.com records, process driver payments, and assist with month-end close while upholding accuracy and timeliness across regions, including the Philippines hours. Our compensation ranges $12,000–$13,000 USD annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Accounts Payable experience required.
• Experience with automated AP and expense management workflows required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, PivotTables) required.
• Ramp or similar corporate expense management platform experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle, high-volume AP from invoice receipt to payment.
• Review and process weekly driver payments and reconcile charges.
• Triage AP inbox and route inquiries for timely resolution.
• Oversee employee expense transactions in Ramp with proper coding and approvals.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, vendor account, and payment issues.
• Maintain vendor records in NetSuite and Bill.com.
• Support month-end close by reviewing invoices and accruals.
• Assist the Accounts Payable Manager on ad hoc projects.
• Assist with 1099 processing, including W-9 collection.
