Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage daily processing of invoices for international offices. You will resolve discrepancies, onboard suppliers, handle inquiries, and support general accounting including accruals and fixed assets.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 1–3 years’ experience, strong English skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. This role offers a professional, international environment in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related qualifications.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in shared services and ERP systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices daily for multiple international offices.
• Resolve discrepancies and coordinate with international accounting teams.
• Create new supplier accounts and perform verification calls.
• Respond to vendor and employee inquiries.
• Assist in general accounting functions including fixed assets, accruals and prepayments.
• Maintain files and documentation per policy.
• Support finance projects and implement new AP tools.
