Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or relevant accounting qualifications, and 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines and exercise professional judgment on complex transactions.
• Strong English communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and proficiency with MS Office; experience in a shared services environment and ERP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices daily for international offices accurately and timely.
• Understand chart of accounts, cost centers and project codes.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and coordinate with international accounting team where needed.
• Request new supplier accounts and perform verification calls.
• Respond to vendor and employee inquiries.
• Assist in general accounting functions including fixed assets, accruals and prepayments.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation per policy.
• Support finance projects and participate in implementing new AP processing tools.
