Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction orientation, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Solid understanding of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair concepts to accurately explain findings and recommendations to customers.
• Effective Communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal explanations, and professional written documentation.
• Previous experience in an automotive dealership or service center is highly preferred.
• Basic technical knowledge of automotive systems and manufacturer-recommended service intervals.
• Ability to manage multiple service jobs, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer-based service management systems and common office applications.
• College diploma or vocational/technical training in automotive is required.
