Job summary

Peoplelogic in Manila, Philippines, seeks a German-speaking IT Service Desk Specialist to provide first-line support to end users. You will handle Level 1 IT issues with strong German and English communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities include incident logging, troubleshooting Windows, MS Office/M365, VPN, and network problems, using ITSM tools, and escalating to L2/L3 when needed. Rotational 24/7 shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent German, written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 2 years in IT service desk or technical support.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, MS Office/M365, Outlook and AD.
• Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts and follow ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, chat and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office/M365, VPN, network, printers, passwords, and access.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira.
• Communicate effectively with users in German and English and maintain tickets.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 as needed and document knowledge articles.
