Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent German – spoken and written is mandatory.
• 2+ years of IT Service Desk / technical support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, MS Office/M365 and Active Directory.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools and strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 IT support via phone, email, chat and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, laptops, desktops and MS Office/M365.
• Support VPN, network connectivity, printers, password resets and account access.
• Log, track and resolve incidents using ITSM tools.
• Communicate with users in German and English; adhere to ITIL and SLA.
• Initiate/drive Major Incidents and maintain documentation.
