Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for German-speaking customers via chat and email.
• Improve weekly and monthly performance based on team feedback.
• Proactively inform supervisor about issues and seek support.
• Recommend solutions to customer issues and concerns.
• Attend coaching sessions and participate in organizational activities.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to resolve queries.
• Maintain customer service orientation and high satisfaction levels.
• Continuously work on improving customer satisfaction and internal processes.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using Google Translate to effectively understand and respond to German-language customer communications while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications:

• Must have basic to intermediate proficiency in German, particularly in written communication.
• Must be proficient in using Google Translate or other translation tools to effectively support customer communication.
• Nice to have: Basic to intermediate ability to communicate verbally in German.

Responsibilities:

• Main contact of customers for IONOS 1&1 support
• Improve weekly and monthly performance based on feedback from the team supervisor.
• Proactively inform and report to the supervisor for support related issues
• Recommend solutions to customer issues and concerns
• Attend coaching sessions and participate in organizational activities
• Interact with team members and other departments within the company
• To be customer service oriented and to ensure customer satisfaction
• Continuous pro-active effort towards improving customer satisfaction and our internal procedures.
