Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate written German proficiency.
• Experience with Google Translate or similar translation tools.
• Optional: basic to intermediate verbal German proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for German-speaking customers via chat and email.
• Improve weekly and monthly performance based on team feedback.
• Proactively inform supervisor about issues and seek support.
• Recommend solutions to customer issues and concerns.
• Attend coaching sessions and participate in organizational activities.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to resolve queries.
• Maintain customer service orientation and high satisfaction levels.
• Continuously work on improving customer satisfaction and internal processes.
