Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Geodetic preference.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer or Civil Engineer with surveying credentials preferred.
• Hydrographic survey certification desirable; UAS pilot certification preferred.
• Geospatial expertise in geodetic principles, coordinate systems, and aerial LiDAR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and standards: shape vision, roadmap, KPIs, and adopt emerging tech.
• Team leadership: lead engineers, manage performance, mentor and train.
• Program oversight: supervise portfolios, ensure deliverables meet standards, manage risks.
• Compliance and safety: ensure regulatory compliance, manage procurement and assets, engage stakeholders.
