Job summary

Planate Management Group seeks a senior leader to align the division’s innovation and technology delivery with corporate strategy. You will shape vision, drive KPIs, and establish procedures while leading engineers and multidisciplinary teams across UAS, surveying, and data acquisition for regional and global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Geodetic preferred with geospatial focus.
• 10+ years of professional engineering experience in aerial surveys or hydrographic surveying.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in drone/UAS, surveying, or data acquisition.
• Leadership of portfolios including scoping, resourcing, budgeting, risk management and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision, roadmap, and operating plan for Global Innovation and Technology Delivery.
• Lead engineers and team leads; manage performance and growth.
• Oversee project portfolios; ensure deliverables meet standards; manage risks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety programs; engage stakeholders.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
