Job summary

Planate Management Group seeks a senior leader to drive strategy, standards, and delivery excellence for global initiatives and client programs. You will shape the vision, lead engineers and coordinators, and oversee portfolios spanning hardware, software, and field operations.

Strong geospatial and hydrographic surveying background, plus UAS/LiDAR experience, are essential as you manage cross-time-zone teams and regulatory compliance, while mentoring staff and building a high-performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with geospatial specialization preferred.
• 10+ years of professional engineering experience including aerial survey operations and large-scale surveying.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams supporting drone/UAS, surveying, or data acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision, roadmap, and operating plan for Global Innovation and Technology Delivery.
• Lead engineers and Team Leads; manage performance and succession planning.
• Oversee project portfolios; ensure technical deliverables meet standards; manage risks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety and quality programs; engage stakeholders.
• Perform other responsibilities as appropriate.
