Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Geospatial Engineering leader to drive strategy, standards, and delivery across regional and global client programs. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality programs, and develop a culture of excellence.

The role emphasizes portfolio management, technical depth in surveying, LiDAR, and GNSS, and collaboration with executives and stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Geodetic preferred.
• 10+ years in professional engineering with aerial survey ops (UAS LiDAR/photogrammetry).
• Experience in hydrographic surveying or data acquisition is desirable.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams supporting drone/UAS and surveying.
• Regulatory familiarity and strong communication with executives and clients.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision, roadmap, and operating plan with the Head of Global Innovation and Technology Delivery.
• Lead engineers and Team Leads; manage performance and mentorship.
• Oversee project portfolios; ensure technical deliverables meet standards; manage risks.
