Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Geodetic/geomatics specialization preferred
• Minimum 10 years’ professional engineering experience across drone/UAS, surveying, data acquisition
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer preferred or Civil Engineer with surveying credentials
• Hazard, safety, and regulatory compliance experience for large projects

Responsibilities

• Shape vision, roadmap, and operating plan in alignment with corporate strategy
• Lead engineers and team leads; manage performance and mentorship
• Oversee project portfolios; ensure deliverables meet standards and manage risks
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety programs, and stakeholder engagement
