Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with geospatial focus is required.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in drone/UAS, surveying, or data acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of geospatial data acquisition and survey methodologies.
• Experience with portfolio management including scoping, budgeting, and risk.
• Familiarity with Philippine regulatory environments and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision, roadmap, and operating plan for innovation and technology delivery.
• Lead engineers and team leads, manage performance and mentorship.
• Oversee project portfolios and ensure technical deliverables meet standards.
• Ensure safety, quality, procurement, and assets are managed appropriately.
• Represent the division in executive and client forums.
