Job summary

Planate Management Group seeks a senior geospatial engineering leader to align the division's portfolio with strategy and drive excellence across global client programs. You will supervise engineers and teams, establish standards, and provide technical guidance in UAV, surveying, and data acquisition across regions.

You will oversee budgets, risk, and integration of hardware, software, and field operations while engaging with executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; geodetic or surveying specialization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision, roadmap, and operating plan for the division.
• Lead engineers and team leads; manage performance and development.
• Oversee project portfolios; ensure technical deliverables meet standards; manage risks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety programs; engage executives and clients.
