Job summary

Planate Management Group seeks a senior leader to drive global innovation delivery in engineering and geospatial programs. You will shape the vision, set standards, and lead multidisciplinary teams across drones, surveying, and data acquisition, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a broad leadership skill set, global collaboration, and a builder mindset to advance client programs and internal initiatives with high integrity and technical depth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; geodetic or civil surveying focus preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in professional engineering with drone/UAS LiDAR, photogrammetry, and hydrographic surveying.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer or Civil Engineer with surveying credentials preferred.
• Geospatial expertise in geodetic principles, coordinate systems, aerial LiDAR, photogrammetry workflows.
• Strong portfolio leadership, risk management, and cross-time-zone team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision, roadmap, and operating plan for innovation delivery.
• Lead engineers and team leads; manage performance and mentorship.
• Oversee project portfolios; ensure technical deliverables meet standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance; uphold safety and quality programs.
• Represent division in executive, client, and industry forums.
