PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a General Manager – Philippines to lead the company’s Philippines operations and business development from Taguig. You will partner with the Board and regional leadership to drive growth, partnerships, and regulatory engagement in digital finance and fintech markets.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Philippine fintech landscape, strong leadership, and the ability to build relationships with regulators, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or law; Master’s preferred.
• 8–15 years in fintech, financial services, banking, or digital payments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and government relations.
• English fluency; Mandarin preferred for regional/global communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the Philippines market.
• Lead regional business development, partnerships, and commercial initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, government authorities, financial institutions, and partners.
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and government discussions.
• Monitor fintech and digital financial services landscape and regulatory changes.
• Identify new opportunities and drive market expansion with regional/global teams.
• Oversee local operations and ensure performance against objectives.
• Support regulatory compliance and corporate governance with internal teams.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to Board and leadership.
• Build and develop a strong local team as the business grows.
