Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a General Manager to lead the Philippines business, reporting to board and global leadership. You will drive growth, form partnerships, and oversee regulatory compliance, shaping the company’s local strategy and expanding presence in Taguig City.

You will build a strong local team, engage regulators and industry stakeholders, and ensure effective execution of strategic objectives in the Philippine fintech landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Filipino national with strong knowledge of the Philippine market.
• Active, verifiable regulatory network with SEC, BSP, CIC, and law enforcement (NBI / PNP).
• 8–15 years of progressive experience in fintech, financial services, banking, or digital payments.
• Experience in leadership, business development, government relations, partnerships, or strategic management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the Philippines.
• Lead overall business development, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, and partners.
• Represent the company in industry events, meetings, and strategic partnerships.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to the Board and leadership.
• Build and develop a strong local team as the business grows.
• Oversee regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance activities with internal teams.
