Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; Master's considered a plus.
• Minimum 8–15 years in fintech, financial services, banking, or digital payments.
• Strong leadership, government relations, partnerships, or strategic management experience.
• Excellent English; Mandarin preferred for regional/global coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to grow the Philippines market.
• Oversee business development, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
• Build relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, and partners.
