Job summary

Claritas is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations in Metro Manila. You will lead and develop Store Managers, build robust SOPs, and drive profitability through strict cost controls and scalable processes.

You will partner with marketing, ensure guest satisfaction, and prepare for expansion from 4 stores to 8+ stores. Strong leadership and a track record of operational excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of restaurant operations management experience.
• Experience managing multiple restaurant locations.
• Background in casual dining, fast casual, or restaurant groups preferred.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and P&L management.
• Proven experience implementing systems, controls, SOPs, and operational processes.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all restaurant locations and commissary.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and key team members.
• Build, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Drive profitability through effective management of food cost, labor cost, and operating expenses.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure successful promotions and campaigns.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Lead operational readiness for new store openings and expansion to 8+ stores.
