Job summary

Claritas is seeking a Business Systems and Project Manager for its fast-growing F&B client in Southeast Asia. You will develop SOPs, standardize FOH/BOH, inventory, purchasing, and food safety across multiple stores, and drive audits, training, and new-store openings.

You’ll collaborate with Operations, HR and Finance to ensure systems are implemented, followed, and continuously improved. Metro Manila experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Operations, Hospitality or related field.
• 5+ years in restaurant/F&B operations, process improvement, systems or PM.
• Strong knowledge of FOH/BOH, inventory, purchasing, food safety and store ops.
• Experience creating SOPs, manuals, workflows, audits and standards.
• Experience rolling out systems across multiple stores/branches preferred.
• PM, analytical, documentation and training skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOP manuals for FOH, BOH and store management.
• Standardize processes, forms, checklists and reporting across stores.
• Standardize FOH, kitchen and store systems for consistency.
• Plan audits, compliance checks and corrective action follow-ups.
• Create training materials and lead implementation with ops, HR and finance.
• Develop a standardized new-store opening playbook with procedures.
