This is a senior leadership role requiring deep QSR experience and the ability to drive standards, profitability, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 8–10 years of progressive operations leadership experience in QSR.
• Proven experience managing a large-scale QSR network of ~100 stores or more.
• Experience leading Area Managers, Operations Managers, District/Regional Managers, or equivalent multi-store leaders.
• Strong understanding of QSR store operations, P&L, sales, food and labor costs, productivity, customer service, food safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction across a large network of QSR stores.
• Drive consistent execution of operating standards, service levels, food quality, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Lead Operations Managers, Area Managers, and other field leaders.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans across stores, areas, and regions.
