Excello Restaurant Management Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations in Metro Manila. This full-time role oversees staff, finances, customer experience, and strategic initiatives to drive profitability and outstanding service.

Ideal candidates bring 3–7 years in senior restaurant management, strong leadership, deep food safety knowledge, and a proven track record in budgeting and performance management. Fluency in Filipino is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management at a senior level.
• Proven track record of managing operations, including P&L and budgets.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and guest relations.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to read financial statements and manage budgets.
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Problem-solving and proactive operational thinking.
• Knowledge of POS technology and restaurant systems.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in Filipino; English proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring standards and compliance with regulations.
• Lead and mentor restaurant and kitchen staff to high performance.
• Develop strategies to maximise profitability and control costs.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and performance metrics.
• Maintain exceptional customer service by monitoring guest experiences and feedback.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; build supplier relationships.
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to drive footfall.
• Monitor inventory, food costs, and waste to optimise profitability.
• Ensure food safety standards and hygiene across the establishment.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and address issues promptly.
• Report performance metrics to senior management with strategic recommendations.
