Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage the overall manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop manufacturing teams to enhance performance, foster a culture of accountability, and ensure operational standards are met.
• Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure the manufacturing operations remain profitable while optimizing costs.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with international or local regulations, maintaining the company's legal and ethical standards while promoting a safe working environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 - 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Must have had exposure in Food Manufacturing or FMCG industries
• Skills in leadership, strategic planning, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, an understanding of lean manufacturing principles, and competency in industry-related software.
