Job summary

You will align production activities with company goals and optimize resource use. Responsibilities include developing policies, leading improvement projects, planning resources, coaching teams, and coordinating with other departments to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
