HIRING: General Affairs Associate
We are currently looking for a General Affairs / Property Management Associate with strong experience in concierge and property management. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, flexible, and willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Handle day-to-day general affairs operations, ensuring smooth office and property-related functions
- Manage concierge services, including tenant/client requests, coordination with vendors, and service follow-ups
- Oversee property management tasks such as unit coordination, repairs, maintenance scheduling, and inspections
- Coordinate with building administration, suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Process and monitor permits, licenses, and documents with government agencies (e.g., city hall, barangay, utilities)
- Perform fieldwork as needed for property-related errands, bill payments, renewals, and document submissions
- Conduct research on vendors, services, pricing, and requirements; compile and organize findings clearly
- Track and manage property-related expenses, reports, and records using Excel/Google Sheets
- Assist in move-ins/move-outs, turnovers, and basic tenant coordination
- Support office operations including inventory monitoring, basic procurement, and administrative tasks
- Act as a problem-solver, responding promptly to issues and coordinating solutions efficiently
- Perform other tasks as assigned; role requires flexibility and willingness to assist across functions
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience in general affairs, concierge management, and/or property management
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office tools
- Comfortable communicating with different stakeholders and government offices
- Highly dedicated, detail-oriented, dependable, and flexible
- Extroverted with a good personality; confident, professional, and not shy
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with a team
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid setup: 2 days onsite (office) and 3 days work-from-home
- Primarily day shift; schedule may change based on operational needs
- Must be based in Metro Manila due to occasional fieldwork requirements
