Job summary

VXNBRAND VENTURES OPC is seeking a Fulfillment Manager to oversee daily fulfillment and warehouse operations for the garments business. You will ensure accurate inventory, proper order processing, packing, and coordination with production and logistics teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in fulfillment or related fields, with leadership responsibilities and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment. Garments industry experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations management.
• Experience supervising or leading a warehouse or fulfillment team is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, order processing systems, or WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fulfillment activities including picking, sorting, packing and shipping of orders.
• Monitor garment inventory and track styles, sizes, colors, SKUs, and quantities.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory records and reports.
• Supervise warehouse and fulfillment staff to ensure timely task completion.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, suppliers and internal teams.
