Job summary

FNT Clothing Corp. is seeking a hands-on Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day e-commerce order fulfillment operations. This role leads manpower planning, scheduling, training and performance management for Refiller, Picker, Packer and Dispatcher teams.

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to monitor daily performance, resolve issues and ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently and on time.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, order processing, logistics or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory/team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience supervising warehouse or fulfillment personnel.
• Knowledgeable in e-commerce order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment from order receipt to dispatch.
• Monitor orders from Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Ensure adherence to marketplace fulfillment and shipping deadlines.
• Coordinate with E-Commerce, Inventory, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
• Train and coach fulfillment personnel on procedures.
• Monitor accuracy of picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain safety and SOP compliance.
