Shop Buildmate is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse activities for our e-commerce operations. You will ensure accurate inventory, timely fulfillment, and cost-efficient deliveries while driving continuous process improvements.

The role requires leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office. On-site with opportunities for career growth and employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics management, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proficiency in WMS and MS Office/Excel.
• Understanding of FIFO, LIFO, cross-docking inventory methods.
• Strong people management, conflict resolution, and training skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in warehouse environments (standing, lifting, temperatures).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities and end-to-end logistics for the e-commerce business.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment and dispatch.
• Optimize storage, stock levels, and cost-effective deliveries.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, monitor safety, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and customer service to maintain service levels.
