Role Description The Fulfillment Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Angeles, focusing on efficient handling of orders and inventory. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing, packing, and organizing garments for shipment, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and adherence to quality standards. The role involves supporting inventory control processes, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with cycle counts or audits to maintain up-to-date records. The Fulfillment Support team member will respond to customer or internal inquiries related to orders, collaborate with sales and production teams on order status, and help resolve basic fulfillment issues. This position requires consistent coordination with warehouse and operations staff to meet timelines, optimize space and resources, and contribute to a smooth end-to-end fulfillment process.
