VXNBRAND VENTURES OPC is seeking a Fulfillment Manager to oversee daily fulfillment and warehouse operations for the garments business. You will ensure accurate inventory, proper order processing, packing, and coordination with production and logistics teams.

The Fulfillment Manager will oversee the daily fulfillment and warehouse operations of the garments business. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring orders are properly processed and packed, coordinating shipments, and supporting the fulfillment team to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
Oversee daily fulfillment activities, including picking, sorting, checking, packing, and shipping of orders.
Monitor garment inventory and ensure accurate tracking of styles, sizes, colors, SKUs, and quantities.
Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse and fulfillment staff to ensure tasks are completed properly and on time.
Coordinate with the production, warehouse, logistics, suppliers, and other internal teams regarding orders and inventory concerns.
Check orders for accuracy before shipment and address issues such as wrong items, missing items, damaged items, or stock discrepancies.
Coordinate with delivery and logistics providers to help ensure orders are shipped and delivered on schedule.
Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and order-related concerns.
Monitor daily fulfillment activities and identify simple process improvements to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
Prepare basic inventory and fulfillment reports and provide updates to management.
Ensure that warehouse and fulfillment procedures are properly followed and that the work area is kept organized.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
3–5 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations management. Experience in the garments, apparel, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
Previous experience supervising or leading a warehouse or fulfillment team.
Good leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with inventory management systems, order processing systems, or WMS is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling garment sizes, colors, SKUs, and order quantities.
Able to manage daily tasks, prioritize urgent orders, and address operational concerns.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
Willing to be hands-on in daily fulfillment and warehouse operations.
