Job summary

Newport World Resorts in Metro Manila seeks an Entertainment and Gaming Manager to lead end-to-end entertainment for promotions, gaming floor events, and player engagements. You will source talents, coordinate contracts, and ensure concepts align with brand standards.

This role requires a strong network in the entertainment industry, expert negotiation, and the ability to manage multiple events within budget while delivering seamless on-site experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Events Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of entertainment/events management experience.
• Experience in talent sourcing, vendor management, and event execution.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop entertainment concepts for promotions, events, and tournaments.
• Source and manage talent, hosts, performers, and vendors.
• Coordinate scheduling, contracting, and venue readiness.
• Monitor quality and guest experience of performances.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and documentation.
