Lavie Resort and Casino Manila is seeking an Associate, Brand Events to support the Events and Promotions team in developing engaging events and promotions across gaming and non-gaming spaces.
The role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring flawless event execution, budgeting, and post-event analysis.
The Associate, Brand Events is responsible for supporting the Events and Promotions Supervisor with the development and execution of engaging events and promotional activities at Lavie Resort and Casino Manila. This role focuses on enhancing customer experiences, driving patron engagement, and ensuring successful event execution across both gaming and non-gaming areas.
1. Concept Development:
Assist the Events and Promotions Supervisor in drafting concept papers for fun games in the casino.
Contribute creative ideas for non-gaming events, including seasonal celebrations and themed activities.
2. Event and Promotion Execution:
Ensure that all logistical and operational requirements for events and promotions are delivered on time.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Membership, Table and Slots Operations, and Development
Operations, Security and Surveillance, BD and VIP Services to facilitate seamless event execution.
3. Customer Interaction and Feedback:
Actively seek and gather feedback from customers, emphasizing gaming experiences and overall satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer-centric services to casino and hotel patrons, enhancing guest experiences.
4. Interdepartmental Coordination:
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with various departments to support event needs and promotional activities.
Schedule and lead meetings to align on goals, responsibilities, and timelines for successful project implementation.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
Collect and analyze data on event outcomes and customer engagement to provide insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for Corporate Development review.
6. Budget Management:
Assist in managing event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and value maximization without compromising quality.
Identify and propose cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high standards of service and experience.
7. Vendor and Partner Liaison:
Oversee vendor performance to ensure compliance with agreed service levels and quality standards.
8. Other Duties:
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to meet the dynamic needs of the resort and casino.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality or any related field.
Proven experience in events management, promotions, or a similar role within the hospitality or gaming industry.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
