Job summary

Lavie Resort and Casino Manila is seeking an Associate, Brand Events to assist in developing and executing engaging events and promotions across gaming and hospitality spaces. You will help craft concepts, coordinate logistics, and help deliver memorable guest experiences.

With a bachelor’s degree and proven events experience, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships, ensuring flawless event execution and positive patron engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality or related field.
• Proven experience in events management, promotions, or a similar role within hospitality or gaming.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support concept development for casino games and non-gaming events by contributing creative ideas and drafting proposals.
• Ensure smooth execution of events and promotions through timely logistics and coordination with multiple departments.
• Deliver excellent customer service while gathering guest feedback to improve overall experience.
• Collaborate across departments, lead meetings, and align teams on event goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Analyze event performance, assist with budgeting, manage vendors, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
