Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking a seasoned events and promotions leader to oversee non‑gaming events, coordinate workflows, and supervise the promotions team. You will develop annual calendars and ensure alignment with branding across departments.

The role requires strong communication, project management and a proven ability to deliver high‑impact events in a gaming, leisure and nightlife setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in events, marketing or advertising.
• Experience in project and people management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the timely, creative and effective execution of all events and promotions efforts for internal and external audiences.
• Orchestrate an efficient workflow for the non-gaming promotions and events team to coordinate all project requirements.
• Supervise the promotions team and track individual project performances.
• Develop an annual calendar for promotions and events following branding guidelines.
• Review and approve department documents and communications with other departments and customers.
• Collaborate with all departments to implement cohesive events and promotions activities.
