You will lead a promotions team, collaborate with departments, suppliers, and partners, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

The role requires 1–3 years in gaming/hospitality/promotions, a relevant degree, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Hospitality or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in gaming, hospitality, or promotions with focus on customer service and event coordination.
• Experience organizing promotional events and coordinating teams; strong Excel/Sheets skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of gaming-related promotions.
• Supervise promotions staff and coordinate activities with departments, suppliers, and partners.
• Track performance and ensure compliance with gaming regulations and guidelines.
• Develop promotional materials and manage distribution within budget.
• Collect winner documentation and distribute prizes per guidelines.
• Provide leadership to the promotions team and support events on the casino floor.
