Job summary

Euroasia Executive Search Inc is seeking a Business Development Officer to identify and develop new business opportunities in the furniture market, targeting corporate offices, hotels, and developers. You will generate leads, build relationships, and present customized furniture solutions to prospective clients.

The role requires at least a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years in business development or B2B sales, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably in furniture or related industry.
• Experience in B2B sales, corporate accounts, dealer networks, or project-based furniture sales is an advantage.
• Knowledge of furniture products, materials, customization, pricing, and market trends is preferred.
• Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the furniture market, including corporate offices, commercial establishments, hotels, developers, and other potential clients.
• Generate leads and expand the company's customer base through networking, referrals, client visits, and other sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, interior designers, architects, contractors, dealers, and business partners.
• Present and promote furniture products, customized solutions, and related services to prospective customers.
• Prepare business proposals, product quotations, presentations, and sales agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and project requirements while maintaining profitability.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and potential growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, design, production, and delivery teams to ensure client requirements and project timelines are met.
• Monitor sales pipelines, follow up on prospective accounts, and maintain accurate client records.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's business expansion and revenue growth.
