Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience in managing sales teams, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance.
• Strong background in business development, client acquisition, and account management.
• Experience handling corporate accounts, dealers, distributors, and project-based sales is an advantage.
• Knowledge of furniture products, home furnishings, interior design trends, and market demands is preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to develop sales plans, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, and capable of meeting sales and revenue targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting tools.
• Willing to conduct client meetings, site visits, and business development activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and company sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the furniture and home furnishings market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, interior designers, architects, contractors, dealers, and distributors.
• Oversee sales negotiations, quotations, proposals, and major client accounts.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activities, and team productivity.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and potential growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, inventory, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to improve the sales team's effectiveness.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and regular performance reports for management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Recommend improvements to sales processes, pricing strategies, and business development initiatives.
