Job summary

Citco is seeking a seasoned Real Assets accounting professional to join our Alabang office on a hybrid schedule. You will review financial statements, coordinate with auditors, and manage capital activity for funds.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor or Master in accounting, CPA or working toward it, with 4+ years in real estate accounting and experience supervising staff. Proficiency in IFRS/US GAAP and MS Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level degree in accounting.
• Professional accounting designation is preferred.
• Designated accountant or working towards CPA.
• 4+ years of public/private real estate accounting work experience.
• 2+ years of supervising/coaching staff.
• Experience in reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statements.
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience in Limited Partnership accounting a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Team player with ability to manage responsibilities.
• Sound judgment, problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete and review of operational deliverables in line with client SLAs.
• Act as central point of contact for clients.
• Assist Operations Manager in allocation of work and workflow improvements.
• Assist staff with their work and prepare complex deliverables.
• Break resolution for all open items with clients.
• Ensure client deadlines are met and support migrations.
