Job summary

Citco is seeking a Fund Accounting professional for its Real Estate team in Alabang. You will review books and records, consolidate where needed, and prepare financial statements and performance reports.

You will supervise processes, support other transactions, and act as a contact with on‑shore stakeholders. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor in Accounting/Finance, 6+ years in financial services accounting, and have strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in accounting for financial services (Real Estate/Asset Management/Fund Admin).
• Supervisory experience with staff for 4+ years.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or USGAAP is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Review books and records.
• Prepare simple sub-consolidations when required.
• Review and/or prepare financial statements and reports, including performance metrics.
• Review periodic management accounts/reporting packs.
• Review and/or calculate carried interest/performance/incentive fees.
• Supervise key processes and other transactions.
• Supervise junior staff and sign off on work performed.
• Act as primary day‑to‑day contact with on‑shore stakeholders.
• Monitor staff progression and training needs.
• Coordinate team deliverables with Senior Vice President.
