Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Manila/Alabang seeks an experienced senior accounting professional to lead fund admin for real estate clients. You will review reports, capital activity, and partner allocations, while guiding a team and liaising with clients and auditors.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in financial services accounting, strong IFRS/USGAAP knowledge, and proven supervisory skills. Stanff will work from our Alabang office with flexible collaboration options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in accounting/finance/economics with professional designation.
• Minimum 8+ years in accounting for financial services (Real Estate/Asset Mgmt/ Fund Admin).
• Supervisory experience of 6+ years and strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and/or USGAAP is an advantage.
• Experience reviewing general ledger and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Review quarterly/monthly reports, cash, reconciliations and expenses.
• Process capital activity: capital calls and distributions.
• Review allocations, fees, waterfalls, and clawbacks.
• Prepare partner capital statements and audit-ready documents.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with senior management.
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance.
