The Citco Group Limited is seeking a seasoned real estate accounting professional to join our Alabang-based team. You will handle operational deliverables, client liaison, and staff support across multifamily and commercial real estate funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level degree in accounting.
• Professional accounting designation is preferred.
• Designated accountant or working towards CPA.
• 4+ years of public/private real estate accounting work experience.
• 2+ years of supervising/coaching staff.
• Experience in reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statements.
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience in Limited Partnership accounting a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
• Team player with the ability to manage individual responsibilities.
• Sound judgement, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Liaise with property management companies.
• Knowledge of real estate multi-family and commercial real estate accounting.
• Advanced MS Excel and proficiency with MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of MRI, Yardi, or Investran a plus.
• Amenable to work in Alabang office.

Responsibilities

• Complete and review operational deliverables in line with SLAs.
• Act as central point of contact for clients.
• Assist Operations Manager in allocation of work to staff and workflow improvements.
• Assist staff with their work and prepare more complex deliverables.
• Break resolution for all open items with clients.
• Ensure client deadlines are met.
• Support the conversion of new clients and migrations.
• Liaise with auditors, legal counsel, and investors.
• Review quarterly/monthly reports and working papers (cash, reconciliations, accruals, dividends).
• Review all capital activity (Capital Calls and Distributions).
• Review partner allocations; admin/management fees, waterfalls, clawbacks.
• Review trial balances and related working papers.
• Complete financial statements, footnotes and Partner Capital Statements.
