Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our Real Assets team in the Alabang area. You will handle operational deliverables, client communications, and staff supervision while ensuring accuracy in ledgers, financial statements, and capital activity.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor/Master in accounting, CPA pursuit, 4+ years in real estate accounting, and strong Excel with MRI/Yardi/Investran proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in accounting required.
Professional accounting designation preferred (CPA designation pursued).
4+ years of real estate accounting experience in public or private sectors.
2+ years of supervising or coaching staff.
Experience reviewing general ledgers and financial statements; IFRS and US GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

Complete and review operational deliverables in line with client SLAs.
Act as central point of contact for clients.
Assist Operations Manager in workload allocation and process improvements.
Support staff with complex deliverables and troubleshooting.
Review capital activity, cash flows, reconciliations and related working papers.
Coordinate with auditors, legal counsel, and investors.
Prepare financial statements and partner capital statements.
