Job summary

Citco is seeking a senior fund accounting professional to join its Real Assets team in the Philippines. The role reviews books, prepares consolidated statements, and oversees reporting packages. You will supervise staff, coordinate with on-shore stakeholders, and ensure timely client deliverables in a hybrid Alabang-based setup.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial services accounting, IFRS/USGAAP knowledge, strong English communication, and proven supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related area; CA/CPA-equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in accounting for financial services, especially Real Estate, Asset Management or Fund Administration.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or USGAAP is an added advantage.
• Experience reviewing general ledger and financial statements.
• Familiarity with IFRS consolidations is beneficial.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to manage staff for 2+ years.
• Strong business acumen and client relationship management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review books and records and prepare simple sub-consolidations when needed.
• Review and prepare financial statements and reporting packs; monitor performance metrics.
• Review and/or calculate carried interest, performance, and incentive fees.
• Supervise key processes and junior staff; sign off on completed work.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact with on-shore stakeholders.
• Monitor staff progression and identify training needs and development opportunities.
• Coordinate with Senior VP to meet client deliverables and year-end processes including audits.
• Participate in projects to expand and evolve the business.
