Job summary

JPMorganChase Philippines seeks a Fund Oversight and Reporting Specialist within the Product Administration team. You will oversee day-to-day fund administration services provided by external vendors, coordinate reporting cycles, strengthen controls, and ensure timely financial and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in fund services and regulatory reporting for pooled investment vehicles.
• Experience supporting registered funds and/or private fund structures (mutual funds, ETFs, etc.).
• Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS and related regulatory reporting expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external fund administration vendors to meet service levels and controls.
• Coordinate financial reporting cycles, including disclosures and governance materials.
• Plan, execute, and track audit activities with vendors and auditors.
• Review fund financial statements and respond to audit inquiries with documentation.
• Coordinate fund regulatory filings (e.g., N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR) for accuracy.
• Prepare governance materials for fund governance forums.
