JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Philippines is seeking a Fund Controller Senior Associate to oversee service providers supporting registered and private investment funds, ensuring accurate operations, high-quality reporting, and strong risk and control practices.

You will collaborate across portfolio, risk, legal, compliance, product and client teams to deliver timely oversight outcomes, clear governance materials, and data-driven process improvements through disciplined metrics and analytics.

Qualifications

8+ years in fund services with accounting, reporting and regulatory exposure.
Knowledge of registered investment fund operations, controls and exceptions.
Experience with US GAAP and IFRS and fund regulations.

Responsibilities

Execute risk-based oversight across fund operations including NAV, expenses, distributions and price publication.
Review outputs from service providers and drive issue resolution and escalation.
Coordinate audits and provide audit readiness support with stakeholders and auditors.
Oversee regulatory filings submissions (N-PORT, N-CEN, NPX, etc.).
Maintain oversight records and data entry in internal systems.
Monitor publication deliverables and track completion against requirements.
Oversee dividend and distribution processes with controls and timelines.
Collaborate with US and other locations to ensure consistent oversight.
Prepare governance materials for committees or boards.
Participate in vendor oversight and track remediation actions to closure.
Produce metrics and reporting highlighting risks, incidents and progress.
