Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Metro Manila is seeking a Fund Oversight and Reporting Specialist to oversee day-to-day fund administration services provided by external vendors and coordinate critical reporting and audit activities across governance frameworks.

You will partner with investment, risk, legal, compliance, product development, and client service teams to strengthen controls and automate oversight. You will also drive process improvements to streamline reporting and governance evidence

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in fund services, fund administration oversight, financial reporting, fund accounting, and/or regulatory reporting for pooled investment vehicles.
Experience supporting registered funds and/or private fund structures (mutual funds, ETFs, interval funds, private partnerships, or 3(c)(7) funds).
Working knowledge of fund reporting requirements and governance processes, including audit coordination and financial statement review.
Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS and familiarity with regulatory reporting expectations.
Understanding of net asset value, custody, and valuation concepts, including fund taxation concepts where applicable.
Ability to translate risks into oversight checks and control evidence; strong cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience automating processes, data transformation, or scripting in a controlled environment.
Strong written and verbal communication for governance audiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee external fund administration vendors to ensure service levels, controls, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate financial reporting cycles, including disclosures, control procedures, and governance deliverables.
Partner with vendors and auditors to plan, execute, and track audit activities through completion.
Review fund financial statements and support audit inquiries with timely, well-documented responses.
Coordinate and review fund regulatory filings (N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR, etc.) for completeness and timeliness.
Prepare governance materials (minutes and oversight summaries) for fund governance forums.
Conduct vendor oversight, including forums and documenting outcomes, issues, and actions.
Identify, escalate, and track operational, reporting, or control issues to resolution.
Maintain oversight documentation and procedures to support control and governance expectations.
Collaborate with global counterparts for consistent oversight and time-zone handoffs.
Drive process improvements, including automation, to streamline reporting and evidence production.
