Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in fund services and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with registered funds or private fund structures.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting frameworks.
• Understanding NAV, custody, valuation, and fund taxation concepts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external fund administration vendors and ensure service levels and controls.
• Coordinate financial reporting cycles and regulatory filings for governance.
• Plan, execute, and track audit activities with auditors.
• Review fund financial statements and respond to inquiries timely.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate oversight.
