Qualifications

• Experience/understanding of Investment Operations (Trades, Cash and Reconciliations)
• Experience/understanding of Reconciliations and transaction lifecycle management
• Excellent communication style with internal partners and clients

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of Global/Regional IBOR investment operations team to provide continued premier service delivery
• Support internal reporting and client meeting presentations with data and insights
• Process daily operational activities ensuring timely client reporting (IBOR)
• Follow SOPs and controls to meet risk standards and guidelines
• Escalate and close issues promptly in day-to-day activities
• Participate in initiatives to improve service levels and efficiency
