Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines seeks a Vice President to lead the Fund Accounting Trades team, managing end-to-end workflow across the market trade lifecycle with emphasis on accuracy, controls, and timely delivery.

You will head a team responsible for reconciliations, exception management, and daily processing, while partnering with risk and operational stakeholders to identify issues and drive improvements. Strong leadership and regulatory awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in trades operations or fund accounting.
• 4 years of people management experience.
• Subject matter expert in reconciliations, settlements, and trade support.
• Strong people management skills with ability to lead and motivate managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workflow across the market trade lifecycle with focus on accuracy, controls and service delivery.
• Manage a Trades team responsible for reconciliations, exception management and timely daily processing and sign-offs.
• Partner with operational and risk stakeholders to identify issues, escalate appropriately, and drive improvements.
• Ensure adherence to escalation policies and conduct standards while managing team performance and development.
• Review and improve SOPs reflecting new policies and ongoing risk management activities.
• Act as focal point during issue planning and crisis situations to protect delivery.
• Represent the Global Trades team with internal and external clients and promote strategy and capabilities.
